If you have not received the registration email, search your entire mailbox using the following keywords:
- system@litmos.com
- CTETechWorks® (LMS)
- HBI
Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
If The Email Can Not Be Found
If the registration email was not received or there have been more than 2 days since the email was received, there is a workaround.
- Log in to the LMS at https://hbi.litmos.com
- Enter the username and Password!123 for the password.
Please Note: If the student has never entered the LMS, the password is Password!123.
- Otherwise, an LMS Support agent will issue a one-time password. After successful login, you will be required to create your own password.
- Sometimes the registration email doesn't find its way to your email inbox. You can see the email in other places in your email, like spam or junk.
