CTETechWorks® (LMS) contains a variety of features and settings. These can sometimes be difficult to navigate for new or even experienced users. HBI offers a range of support options for users who need assistance. Here's a quick guide on how to access them.
Step 1: Click on the Support widget
Step 2: Enter your issue into the box that appears, and press Enter to search.
Step 3: Select a relevant support topic from the list
Step 4: The selected support article will appear within the widget. To view a full-sized version of the article, click the expand view button (see above).
Step 5: Selecting the expanded view will open the article in a separate browser tab.
Step 6: If none of the provided articles were relevant, or you require more assistance, click on the Contact Us button in the widget to request help from a member of the CTETechWorks® (LMS) Support team.
Step 7: Select your issue type from the provided list. Users can also use this feature to suggest changes or additions to CTETechWorks® (LMS) through the Suggestion Form.
Step 8: After selecting your issue type, please complete the form provided and click Send to submit your request to the CTETechWorks (LMS) Support team. Please include as much detail as possible (including any necessary screenshots) to help our team address your issue/concern successfully.
